Portfolio Quality Officer (Collections)

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

ACCION is a client-centered nonprofit organization dedicated to helping small businesses and entrepreneurs access business credit and exceptional client support. We seek a portfolio quality officer (PQO)to work one-on-one with loan clients who need help getting back on track after difficulty with their loan payment by providing guidance on payment challenges and education about financial and credit management.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The PQO is highly accountable, goal-oriented and thrives in a strictly compliant, problem-solving and upbeat organizational culture. He/she is analytical, assertive, and persistent and has highly professional communication skills. He/she enthusiastically upholds ACCION's organizational values. Bilingual English/Spanish ability and experience in loan collections, lending, bankruptcy or property law are highly desirable. A bachelor’s degree is required.
