Operations Specialist

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Part-time 25-30 Hours per week; $12-$15 hour depending on experience
PCA is committed to building strong healthy communities through relationship building, leadership development & civic engagement. We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to ensure that we are effectively making a positive difference in our communities across NM by helping to coordinate & maintain our daily operations.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

-Provides operational support to staff
-Performs a wide variety of word processing
- Ensures regular office operations are completed
- Ensure maintenance of office resources
-Prepare materials, agendas, & minutes
-Coordinate logistics for various Partnership events & meetings
-Coordinate with CPA financial reports
-Work closely with organization CPA on financial statements
-Interact with funding agencies on financial & reporting issues

Other Information/Requirements: 

Qualifications
 Minimum 5 years experience working in non-profit or business administration
 Minimum 2 years experience coordinating technical and financial reports
 Strong verbal and written communication skills
 Strong interpersonal skills
 Strong computer skills – social media and online skills a plus
 Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
