Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Operations Assistant is responsible for maintaining lines of communication across departments, with clients. Provides ongoing and special project assistance and plays a critical role in maintaining client and donor records. This position must demonstrate high quality communication skills, flexibility, and strong ability to work independently as a team member.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Greets constituents of the organization. Interacts with active and potential clients, volunteers, donors, community partners, and all other constituents.
Assists in managing organizational calendar and internal staff communications.
Ability to stay organized, efficient, and demonstrate attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities while maintaining professionalism.
