Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Manage a busy office for a nonprofit educational organization, interacting with Oasis members, instructors, and the general public in a friendly, warm, welcoming manner. Supervise office volunteers, serve as initial point of contact for people calling or coming into the Oasis center. Ability to learn and utilize two database systems. Works closely with the Executive Director to ensure the smooth running of the Oasis center.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Serve as key point person and troubleshooter for office (helping members/staff with database and e-commerce questions). Generate correspondence (i.e. donation thank you letters). Reconcile monthly credit card and checking account statements. Prepare deposits. Order office supplies. Contact for custodial and phone services, etc.; keep office environment presentable for general public.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Point person for registration opening days (3x per year). Support catalog production including scheduling instructors, tracking production schedule, overseeing master calendar, sending out contracts and tracking their return. Set up classroom A/V equipment and introduce instructors as needed. Send out e-blasts for zoom classes and other classes as needed.

Salary Range: 
$18-$21 per hour, depending on experience
