Office of Development Assistant - Part-Time

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Administrates grants process; designs, creates, has printed and shipped, brochures, flyers, order forms, letters, etc. for various campaigns and workshops; plans and implements workshops, meetings, events, as requested; prepares accounts payable and maintains office budget; maintains donor and accounting database; monitors and coordinates purchases of office supplies, inventory and equipment.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Assists in related business areas as needed

Other Information/Requirements: 

5 years experience business/admin experience, required
BA or AA, preferred
Grant or fund-raising administration, desirable
Highly organized;ability to multi-task
Outstanding customer service to internal and external customers/donors
Positive, "can-do" attitude
17.5 hour work week; exact hours negotiable between 8:30am and 4:30pm;
