Office Coordinator

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Explora seeks an energetic, detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support all aspects of Explora's administrative office, including processing membership cards and mailings; maintaining office supplies and equipment; greeting callers and visitors; some bookkeeping; and providing administrative support to the management team.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The position involves extensive interaction with the public and coordination with internal groups.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Minimum qualifications include expertise in MS Word and Excel; excellent oral & written communication skills; stellar customer service; and skill at multi-tasking. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Some weekends and evenings required
