Main Areas of Responsibility:
New Agrarian Program (NAP) Applications for 2023 Apprenticeships are open NOVEMBER 1ST- DECEMBER 15TH, 2022 or once all positions are filled. Apprenticeships take place on working ranches and farms practicing regenerative agriculture across CO and MT. These 8-month full-time apprenticeships include housing, some food trade, and a monthly stipend, along with a host of supplemental educational and networking opportunities and support from Quivira staff to kick-start a career in regenerative ag.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Apprentices can expect approximately 400 – 600 direct contact hours over an eight month period (or approximately 10 – 15 hours a week) with a person in a designated mentorship role. Some operations have multiple people offering mentorship.

Salary Range:
