Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Build, lead, and inspire a client-centric marketing brand. Accountable for the high performing delivery of activities that support WESST’s marketing and promotional goals. Manages the cohesiveness of WESST’s brand and image in print and digital across the state. Attend community events as a representative of WESST. Monitor progress and submit performance reports.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Ensure our brand is reflected in all work as well as all aspects of the client experience. Accountable for the creative direction and promotion of WESST’s client training and program activities across the state.
Accountable for supporting the marketing and promotional activities of the WESST Development Office to assist in reaching yearly fundraising goals.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Significant management and marketing experience. Entrepreneurial experience or experience in working with small business owners. Excellent organizational, proofreading, verbal and written communication skills. Experience in working with diverse cultures and personalities. Advanced computer skills, including – Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Constant Contact, and web analytics (Google Analytics).
