MA in Business Mgmt. or Business Admin., Public Admin., or related field, or MA in Social Service field such as Sociology, Psychology, Human Services, Criminal Justice, Child Development. Min. of 8 yrs. of responsible admin. exp. w/4 years directly supervising programs, staff & contracts - or any comb. of educ. & exp. to equal 16 years.
