Grants Program Coordinator

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This position is responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and data entry of the Foundation grants database (GIFTS) and is responsible for processing all grants through the entire grant cycle (from online application to final reports). The Grants Program Coordinator is also the initial and primary point of contact for grantees and potential grantees and serves as a resource for grantees and grant-seekers by maintaining ongoing communications prior to and during the grants process.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

He/she will work closely with the McCune team to ensure the grants process runs smoothly and that grantees receive their grants in a timely manner. The Coordinator will also work closely with the team to compile review materials and Board book materials.

Other Information/Requirements: 

This position requires a hands-on analytical, detail-oriented, self-motivated team player who is able to work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision. Applicants should have at least two years project management experience and relational database experience (GIFTS preferred). Grants management experience a plus.
