Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Fund Development Professional to achieve development goals through strategic implementation of the fundraising plan. The focus will be on identifying donor prospects, major gifts, and specialized donor acquisition strategies, develop a prospect database, prepare tools and materials to support the stewardship activities of the board. Research and respond to RPF's that support the organization's mission.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Dev. funding from prospective donors, current monthly donor program, strategies for special projects and compaigns, create an active face to face solicitation plan. Create and launch a donor appreciation program, templates for promotional materials to support all fundraising activities. Provide reports and anaylsis of fundraising results to the board.Prepare board to perform fundraising activities.

Letter of interest and supporting documents no later than Nov. 29, 2010. Shortlist finalists will be contacted by 12/3/10. Interviews week of December 6, 2010. Finalist meet board members Jan 6, 2011 and selection announcement Jan 10, 2011.
