Main Areas of Responsibility:
Oversee operations of finance department; Track and manage grants program. Oversee office management and human resource management, employment and evaluation and professional development; Work with Leadership Team and other leaders to fundraise. Coordinate with Leadership Team to 1) assure an integrated approach to initiative development and implementation, 2) manage the organization, and 3) liaise with the Board of Directors.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Work with membership and staff to develop and implement strategic plans for campaigns, program efforts and organizational development; Be involved in overall SWOP campaigns and program efforts; Work to conduct regular system of reporting back to staff and membership, incorporating membership into campaigns; Some travel and weekend work will be required.
