Main Areas of Responsibility:
NACA Inspired Schools Network (NISN) will train leaders in NACA's school model to open quality schools in Native communities. The Fellowship Director will organize, execute, and support the NISN Fellowship program. Reporting to the CEO, he or she will oversee that the scope and sequence learning leads to a set of critical outcomes to ensure that schools improve educational and life outcomes for Native Americans. Successful applicants will have experience as a school leader and a master's degree.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The Fellowship Director will: manage day-to-day and week-by-week learning experiences and processes for fellows; establish and assess and evaluate key outcomes for fellows; manage and develop fellows' growth and development over the course of the year; coach and train fellows on key school leader functions; develop cohesion, culture and community with fellows; and manage external partnerships that assist in fellowship development. This position will require occasional travel across the state.
