Main Areas of Responsibility:
-Develop financial and other resources through grants, contracts, and earnings to ensure that there is adequate funding, facilities, equipment, materials, and other support needed to carry out programs and services of SAC.
-To prepare and monitor the annual budget.
-Maintain official records, reports, documents, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
-Make deposit drops and administer payroll functions.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
-Give vision and leadership to the strategic and day-to-day program implementation of the Sawmill Advisory Council.
-Collaborate and lead in effective positive communication within the organization.
-Serve as Head of Staff, providing direction and supervision to both program and support staff.
-Ensure job descriptions are developed, that regular performance evaluations are held, and that sound human resource practices are in place.
