Main Areas of Responsibility:
Seeking Executive Director to serve as the organization visionary, leader and spokesperson. Overseeing annual operating budget of $1million and assets over 7 million; the position reports to the Board of Directors on financial management, human resource development, policy development, program services, operations, public relations and capital development. The Executive Director supervises staff, maintains relationship with Ronald McDonald House Charities, Inc. (Global).

Successful candidate must have:
*Progressive management experience
*Experience in developing and controlling capital and operating budgets
*Project management and ability to evaluate program impact
*Must have strong fundraising track record and capital campaign experience
*Effective interpersonal skills as well as capable of providing direction, leadership and vision to RMHC Staff and Board.
