Executive Director

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Seeking Executive Director to serve as the organization visionary, leader and spokesperson. Overseeing annual operating budget of $1million and assets over 7 million; the position reports to the Board of Directors on financial management, human resource development, policy development, program services, operations, public relations and capital development. The Executive Director supervises staff, maintains relationship with Ronald McDonald House Charities, Inc. (Global).

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Successful candidate must have:
*Progressive management experience
*Experience in developing and controlling capital and operating budgets
*Project management and ability to evaluate program impact
*Must have strong fundraising track record and capital campaign experience
*Effective interpersonal skills as well as capable of providing direction, leadership and vision to RMHC Staff and Board.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Qualifications:
*5 years minimum experience in organizational management and fundraising
*Bachelor’s Degree preferred, related education and experience may be substituted for one another
*Microsoft Suite proficiency and database management experience required
