Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Position responsibilities include: directing all entities affiliated with Dismas House New Mexico, managing an annual budget, program and contract administration, fundraising, supervising and developing employee associates and volunteers, acting as liaison to the board of directors, extensive public relations, and adhering to the highest ethical standards.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The minimum educational requirement includes a bachelor’s degree in a social service field, though a master’s degree in a social service area, public administration, or other management degree is preferred. Excellent writing, public speaking, computer, and interpersonal skills are essential to be successful in this challenging position.
