Events Coordinator

Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This position is responsible for all aspects of event coordination, including but not limited to identifying and securing venues, coordinating vendors, and working closely with event committees to oversee event planning. Will work closely with Development Director and Executive Director in managing event budgets. This position also requires close communication with Administrative Assistant to develop volunteer needs for each event.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

soliciting donors, sponsors, and businesses for support.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Must be available to work nights and weekends as needed
Must be available to travel within New Mexico as needed

Salary Range: 
Hourly - 16.00 - 18.00 depending on experience
