Event and Volunteer Engagement Manager

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Event and Volunteer Engagement Manager works with the Development and Operations team to ensure the success of Roadrunner Food Bank's special events, such as: Souper Bowl; A Place at the Table; and the Holiday Food Drive. The Event and Volunteer Engagement Manager is also responsible for the recruitment, cultivation, and placement of volunteers and coordinates the use of RRFB's meeting spaces.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Develops and implements a volunteer-to-donor program that identifies and cultivates volunteers who have the interest and potential to become donors. Recruits volunteers to ensure there are enough volunteers to meet RRFB needs. Acts as a representative of Roadrunner Food Bank at outside meetings and presentations with service groups, volunteer groups, and sponsors as appropriate.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Is committed to being part of a successful team that is supportive and respectful. Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts Field; or
Three (3) to Five (5) years volunteer and event coordination experience
