Main Areas of Responsibility:
You will be fully responsible for planning, organizing, directing/leading, and controlling/evaluating all aspects of the housing programs and supporting the shelter program. Providing regular oversight and support to case managers, including emergency assistance. Ensuring compliance with all housing contracts and reporting. Ensuring program practices are current and within compliance, that all case managers are trained and supported with those practices in mind.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
You will recruit, hire, set staffing patterns and schedule, orientate and train staff. You will be responsible for evaluating performance of direct reports, reporting on contracts and to funders for all housing programs and support the Shelter Program Administrator in ensuring the facilities are in compliance. You will attend board meetings to present information and prepare monthly reports for the Board of Directors
