Director of People and Operations

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The newly formed position is a key member of NMCLP’s core leadership who drives employee wellness and engagement, supervises the Operations team to strengthen people-centered office, technology, and financial systems, and fosters an equitable, inclusive, and collaborative workplace.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Required: Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, experience fostering justice, diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace; strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills; familiarity with nonprofit administration, financial management and policy development; and a deep passion for advancing economic and racial justice.
