Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Director will build and execute UWCNM’s plan that puts resources and decision-making power in the hands of local residents. The key responsibility of the Director of Community Outreach and Partnerships will be leading the development and implementation of place-based strategies in UWCNM’s service area. Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Lead UWCNM’s work to establish solid relationships with community residents and agencies to derive community-based solutions that eliminate systemic barriers around educational success, family stability and community investments. See website for full job description.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Five or more years of experience in a related field and a record of success in facilitating inter-organizational collaboration and community engagement.
• Three or more years of experience supervising staff and leading teams. See website for full requirements.
