Main Areas of Responsibility:
Implement the opening and managing a multi-service home for 8-12 youth ages 14-18.
Create, develop and implement agency programs and services that incorporate evidence-based practices based on four theoretical models
Recruit, train, supervise and direct 5 to 6 FTE
Build and maintain community partnerships with referral agencies and organizations
Ensure compliance with state and city licensing and regulations to maintain Casa Q certifications in good standing.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
o Bachelors or Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Public Health, or related fields.
o At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
o Experience in program development and implementation.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
o Experience and expertise in working with LGBTQ youth in a culturally appropriate fashion.
