Development Officer

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The NM Center on Law and Poverty is seeking a highly-skilled development officer to join our development department. Position will be responsible for grant writing and reporting, as well as overall grant administration and management, funder relationship-building, project evaluation, individual and major donor solicitation, and basic database management. You must be highly organized and detail-oriented to be considered for this position.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Must demonstrate: experience in writing grant proposals that received funding and careful attention to detail. Other requirements include superb writing skills, ability to track & manage multiple grants, and basic Microsoft proficiency. Bachelor's Degree preferred, but related education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
