Development & Events Coordinator

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

• Manage and implement the annual Arts and Crafts Show
• Manage all development-related special events
• Manage and recruit volunteers
• Help update and manage web-based relationship database.
• Create effective fundraising & marketing materials such as solicitation letters, acknowledgments, advertisements, and brochures

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to manage logistics and volunteers for large events
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software
• Able to communicate professionally with people from diverse backgrounds and professions
• Experience or willingness to learn and engage in making presentations to the community
