Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

comprehensive fundraising program that includes design and execution; planned giving, annual gifts, major gifts and capital campaigns; coordinating cross-brand identity and strength across MHP’s five programs; fostering and cultivating public visibility for the organization; maintaining accurate donor and prospect records (knowledge of Donor Perfect software is a plus); and overseeing donor relations, including donor stewardship and recognition, among other duties.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The position requires extensive experience and demonstrated ability to plan and achieve (financial) goals, and being able to represent the organization’s vision and mission.

Strong preference will be given to candidates who have non-profit backgrounds, preferably in social services, and who can demonstrate an understanding of Albuquerque Heading Home and its ideals. Position reports to the Executive Director. Applications accepted until position is filled.
