Development Coordinator

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

We have a full-time, midlevel opening for a Development Coordinator for the ASRT Education and Research Foundation. Duties include overseeing individual fundraising and donor stewardship and managing vendors volunteers in accomplishing outreach and fundraising efforts. Collaboration will be a key feature of and this position to meet the goals of increased revenue, heightened member engagement and improved fundraising systems capacity.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Minimum requirements: bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience or an associate degree with 5 years of experience. Candidates should have intermediate to advanced computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel; annual fund experience (major and planned giving preferred); demonstrated skills in development; outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; experience managing donors and volunteers; and the ability to build virtual relationships.

Ideal candidates will be able to work independently and collaboratively, use discretion when working with confidential information and be extremely detail oriented. Must exhibit strong analytical, organizational and motivational skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
