Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Development and Strategic Partnership Management includes overseeing the development and execution of strategic partnerships and collaborations to drive revenue generation to leverage organizational objectives. This role requires a strong combination of business development, revenue generation/ fundraising, relationship management, and strategic planning experience.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for leading and implementing the organization's fundraising and development initiatives. Must have experience with Strategic Partnerships + Donor Stewardship, Grant Sourcing/Tracking/Reporting, Diversifying Fundraising + Advocacy, Strategic Partnerships/Collaboration, and Project Management and Communications.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree in marketing, public health, social work, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Requirement: Please note that this role is based out of New Mexico, with some in-person office hours, and must be well versed with the nonprofit, philanthropic, and public health priorities.
