DD Waiver Director

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The DD Waiver Director is responsible for demonstrating ethical standards of leadership, oversight and development of innovative employment first service delivery programs, cultivation and mentorship of a mission focused workforce and implementation of the strategic vision of the organization. This position oversees Supported Living, Supported Employment, and Customized Community Supports.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Oversee and supervise Program Coordinators
Make executive decisions for programs based on DD Waiver standards and person centered best practices
Ensure teamwork and collaboration across departments
Ensure quality services are being provided

Other Information/Requirements: 

Must have at least 3 years of demonstrated leadership in DD Waiver Services
Must be anti-ableist, anti-racist and passionate about an inclusive workforce
Must be passionate about providing services to adults with I/DD to live work and learn in their community
