Cultural Program & Room Rental Coordinator

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Provide administrative support for classes, lectures, series, events by tracking reservations, payments, maintaining participant lists. Prepare the facility for departmental programs and special events; Assist with ongoing program development & publicity.
This position is part time (20hrs/week) and is under the supervision of the Cultural Department & Facility Rentals Director.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

3-5 years' experience in related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Establish work priorities; organize tasks so that all work is done efficiently, on time with minimal supervision; exceptional oral/written communication skills; commitment to excellence through customer service; attitude that strives to meet and exceed goals.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Demonstration of strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proven skills in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint
Personable, friendly, customer-service oriented - patient, courteous, attentive
Able to work as a team player
Uses initiative and is resourceful
Flexible schedule (i.e. willing to work occasional evenings or Sundays)
Knowledge of Albuquerque community, Jewish community, and community resources a plus
