Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Managing and controlling financial-related activities to improve and maintain the financial health of the Council, including the day-to-day responsibilities of administering the Council’s strategic plan. Supports the work of the Board of Directors by serving as the Council lead responsible for preparing reports and analysis to support effective governance and decision-making of the Board of Directors.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for oversight of one FTE (Finance & Retail Manager) who oversees 1-3 PTE (Retail Clerks).

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelors or higher or equivalent experience with 10 years of directly related work experience, and at least 6 years of leadership experience. Advanced degree preferred. Experience in fund accounting or nonprofit accounting preferred. Experience managing operating budgets of at least $4 million preferred. Experience with MIP/Abila preferred. CPA or MBA preferred.
