Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for design, oversight, continuous improvement of "Community Hub", and coordination among associated partners/activities. Serves to connect clients to community programs/resources that address causes/effects of food insecurity. Oversees client data and reporting that informs program design and tracks impact. Supervisory position, currently with two direct reports.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Oversee/assist with administration of PNM Good Neighbor Fund/ Water Utility Authority assistance.
• Remain well-versed on community resources that address causes/effects of food insecurity.
• Establish/sustain long-term partnerships with service providers related to food security and income support to carry out meaningful referrals.
• Coordinate with local service providers for on-site information dissemination and tabling.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Form relationships with clients and connect them with needed community resources.
• Create, carry out, oversee direct assistance with public benefits and bill assistance enrollment/application.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and oversee Community Hub staff/volunteer/intern team.
• Conduct client outreach, information dissemination, and attendance tracking.
• Design and implement evaluation and quality control tools to measure impact.
Candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Salary Range: 
$53,000-$58,000 (starting) with generous benefits package
