Community Impact Manager

Job Description

Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Support systems change and administrative responsibilities that advance the strategic direction of UWCNM’s Cradle to Career Community Impact Agenda, manage projects promoting educational attainment and family stability along the cradle to career continuum, facilitate existing and new work groups, task forces, etc.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Dynamic position with responsibility for leading external and internal projects, grants, and initiatives related to increased family stability and student success by using data, community wisdom, and a high degree of professionalism to guide the work.

Other Information/Requirements: 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, five or more years of experience in a related field, must be able to work occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends to attend a variety of events, access to a reliable form of transportation to attend offsite meetings, as needed.

Salary Range: 
$50,000 - $55,000 annually, 35 hours per week Full Time Employee (FTE)
