Community Development Specialist - Donor Relations

Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This position is responsible for providing support in all aspects of development and donor relations and events. Development support includes maintaining donor database, donor correspondence and cultivation.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

1. Maintains correspondence, mailings, filing, inputting data and Constituent Resource Management (CRM) database.
2. Responsible for providing analytical reports stemming from Constituent Resource Management (CRM) database.
3. Works with Marketing & Communications Manager as needed to maintain online giving platforms.
4. Contributes to overall planning dialogue through the lens of donor cultivation as outlined in Communications Plan.
5. Supports events with sponsorship cultivation.

Other Information/Requirements: 

1. Bachelor’s degree plus two (2) years of experience in nonprofit development, OR
2. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in nonprofit development, community engagement, donor development/relations, or similar field.
