Main Areas of Responsibility:
Under the CoC Director, the CoC Admin Assistant supports NMCEH staff by managing meeting minutes, attendance, action items, and logistics. Responsibilities include handling meeting recordings, managing the calendar, sending invites and materials, scheduling, and coordinating virtual and in-person meetings.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Manage CoC contact lists, organize Google Drive materials, and oversee the CoC webpage. With the Office Manager, handle office supplies and vendor appointments. For the CoC Competition, communicate with applicants and committees, manage application files, and ensure public posting. Track Youth Action Board attendance and PIT Count tasks.
