Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The CPO works directly with CEO and will serve as a critical member of the executive leadership team. The CPO will continually eveluate the effectiveness of programs and provide ongoing feedback: guide strategic, nimble service delivery to strenthen youth outcomes and diersification.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Embrace innovation and paradigm shifting practices in working with young people and organizational leadership.
Maintain a level of organization to support three departments that include 13 different programs and nearly 20 different contracts. Design, facilitate and train staff in expanding models of distributed leadership within the organization and key external stakeholders. Strategize with CEO and Directors around appropriate stakeholder meetings to attend and mechanisms for reporting about those meetings.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Masters (preferred) or bachelor’s degree (required) in social services, public administration, or another related field.
A minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in a non-profit, government, or philanthropy, overseeing multiple programs or contracts ideally at an organization serving diverse, low-income youth or communities.
Experience leading paradigm shifting movements and/or organizational change, preferred.
5+ years of supervision experience at higher levels of responsibility

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
