Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Will work with the Executive Director to successfully build and implement a long-term vision for campaign strategy in line with Nuestra Tierra Conservation Project’s (NTCP) mission and values. A member of the executive leadership team, responsible for supervising all program staff (currently 2-5 people) in leading and participating in targeted campaigns to support community-based conservation, outdoor equity, and environmental justice efforts within the state of New Mexico and nationwide.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Essential Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in campaign organizing, leadership, and management.
- Strength in managing, developing, coaching, and retaining individuals and teams, empowering them to lean into their strengths, address growth areas, and elevate their levels of responsibility.
- Experience in designing campaign strategy and tactics, building, leading, and working within coalitions, partnering with environmental justice groups, and engaging with diverse frontline communities.

Salary Range: 
$75,000 - $95,000 + benefits
