Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Data Analyst's main areas of responsibility include supporting data-sharing and data exchange initiatives, ensuring accurate data collection in HMIS, generating high-quality reports, establishing quality By-Name-Lists, seeking community data sets for comprehensive insights, and cultivating a data culture for decision-making in Santa Fe County's homelessness initiatives.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

In addition to the main areas of responsibility, the Data Analyst is also responsible for supporting data quality within HMIS, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to deliver data products, developing and maintaining a reporting data warehouse, providing problem-solving expertise in complex data analysis, and responding to requests for information about HMIS.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The position is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week, with occasional evenings and weekends. The Data Analyst must have 4-5 years of data management experience, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis software. Existing relationships in Santa Fe's homeless provider network and proof of COVID-19 vaccination are required.
