Bilingual Spanish/English Therapist (Part-time or Full-time)

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Provide individual, family and group therapy for survivors of sexual violence. Conduct assessments, treatment planning, case coordination, and group and/or individual therapy. Provide crisis intervention to clients as needed and facilitate emergency services as required. Participate in community outreach efforts to actively reach Spanish-speaking clients.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Participate in weekly group consultation, supervision and clinical meetings with other RCCCNM therapists. Provide case coordination, referrals and advocacy. Engage in ongoing evaluation of services and treatment modalities. Participate in community presentations as needed.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Master's degree and NM licensure required. Must be fluent and able to provide therapy in both Spanish and English.
This position is available as either part-time (8-25 hours weekly) or FTE. FTE employees are eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability and life insurance. Generous paid time off.
