Main Areas of Responsibility:
Project lead for the affiliate's community needs assessment project. Responsible for daily office activities including answering phone and e-mail. Handles routine correspondence, filing and maintenance of office supplies. Manages and maintains donor and volunteer database. Coordinates with Treasurer on deposits and bookkeeping entries. Maintains Affiliate website. Assists with the administration of the Affiliate Grants Program.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Assists the Education Committee in executing the affiliate's education and outreach activities. Assists Board President and Board Secretary with consent agenda reports, meeting minutes, action lists and other board meeting items upon request. Responsible for administrative support to Race for the Cure(R), including registration, pre and race day, maintaining online registration tool and coordination of race application and online registration.
