Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Seeking a dynamic, hard-working educator who has experience working with diverse adult, non-traditional student populations at a variety of English language levels. Responsibilities also include curriculum development, TABE testing, evaluating student outcomes and maintaining accurate records on all students. This is a full-time position to teach 5 ESL/Civics courses with paid prep time. Courses begin in January and will include evening and weekend commitments.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Bachelor’s degree in education or relevant field OR a satisfactory equivalent combination of education and experience; one year experience teaching adults. Must have experience with remote instruction, Google (docs, sheets, classroom, etc.); intermediate computer competency in MS Office and Windows; interdisciplinary adult education curricula, and utilizing a variety of assessment methods. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
