Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for general daily communications and operations
Assist with maintaining organizational records and documentation, reporting and submissions, filing systems, legal and historic documents, membership and mailing lists
Manage receipts, invoices, and other financial paperwork for the organization, fiscal sponsorships, partners and projects
Assist with tax and monthly reporting requirements
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Assist Communications Manager and Co-Directors with communications, including updating mailing list, and other tasks
Assist Co-Directors and staff in coordinating events, meetings of the Board and other LG entities, as needed

Salary Range:
Six-month contract (1099) which can then convert to employee status; Flexible hours 10-15/week; Competitive pay rate.
