Main Areas of Responsibility:
The NMCCF's Administrative Coordinator will:
-Perform administrative and coordinating duties
-Coordinate special events and meetings including retreats, fundraisers, art shows, volunteer luncheons, board, board committee, task force, and other small meetings
-Produce memos, correspondence, and related materials;
-Enter information on donors, gifts, and patients into databases and Excel, then and generate reports
-Perform other duties as assigned
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
-Bachelor's Degree (four year college or university) or equivalent experience required
-Three to Five years related experience required
-Ability to maintain confidentiality
-Ability to anticipate and resolve problems
