Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Provide support to NAMI NM Info emails and answer incoming calls.
• Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Program Director by maintaining all program and service-related statistical data of NAMI NM and provide reports to NAMI National structure as requested.
• Process incoming mail.
• Maintain contact lists.
• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
• Process deposits and communicate with accounting.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Maintain NAMI NM membership database for both NAMI 360, NAMI 720 and affiliate communications.
• Enter and manage data including donations, calls, and trainings.
• Assist as needed in the implementation of revenue raising efforts, including NAMI Walks.
• Attend community outreach activities and represent NAMI NM as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
