ABQ Director of Membership and Special Events

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Promoting, maintaining and increasing membership in ABQ, preparing and hosting donor special events, preparing donation materials, to include print bidding processes, reporting generated donations, maintain personal donor files, preparing and assisting with Board Committee meetings, collaboration with Advancement Team to set and reach development goals.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Coordinate volunteer recruitment for events, oversee expansion for development database to include prospects, oversee ABQ Membership and Events budgets, prepare reports from software of weekly donations, membership, or quarterly reports for Advancement Team.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Exemplary verbal/written skills. Minimum five years non-profit development experience, proven track record suggesting ability to meet dollar goals. Exhibits strong leadership and relationship builidng skills, excellent computer skills. Willingness to work weekend and evening hours during special events of for fundraising publicatioons. Minimum BA required.
