Main Areas of Responsibility:
Through grant solicitations (corporate, foundation, and government), major donor and individual giving initiatives, marketing and public relations efforts (including branding, print publications, web presence and social media), special events, and other activities, this position will focus on the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of all funding sources and key partnerships.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The Director of Resource Development and Communications will implement a fundraising and communications strategy to increase revenue and raise the agency’s profile.
The position serves as a member of the senior management team and provides strategic vision and leadership that ensures the continued delivery of services to the communities Las Cumbres serves.
