Director--Albuquerque & Valencia County Reads

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Dynamic person wanted to manage the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce Albuquerque Reads Program, a tutoring program for kindergartners at three APS schools, and for launching a new program at one school in Valencia County. Other responsibilities include fundraising activities and grant writing for the Reads programs, including Links for Literacy.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years success in executing fundraising events and activities, and grant writing. Exceptionally strong writing, communication skills, organization and planning skills a must. Ability to execute a project from start to finish while meeting fundraising goals a must. College degree and equivalent experience required. Salary is 36K-38K and benefits. EOE.
