Main Areas of Responsibility: 

DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Fund raising, grant writing, event planning & donor relations for local non-profit serving homeless individuals. Requires relevant degree + 2 yrs. Exp in fundraising, public relations, development. Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years experience in development, community relations or similar experience.
Knowledge of fundraising strategies, development calendar and grant writing.
Strong written and spoke communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels; and in one on one or in group settings.
Knowledge of the community strongly preferred
